We bill in compliance with the German Fees Regulations for Psychotherapists (“Gebührenordnung für Psychotherapeuten” GOP), the German guidelines for billing psychotherapy services to private health insurance companies.

 

Direct billing:

Direct billing is contracted with International SOS/ Tricare for Tricare Prime members only.

 

Direct billing is not done with other health insurance carriers (e.g. Tricare Select/ Standard, FSBP, BCBS, AETNA, GEHA, VA etc.). Here direct payment is required. The client receives a bill which they submit to their health insurance carrier and are in turn reimbursed.

 

I do have a sliding scale for e.g. self paying students, low income bracket etc.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Clients are requested to cancel appointments timeously. Appointments not cancelled within 24 hrs will be charged to the client at the rate of 70% of a session.
